Affordable Housing Manager

Mountain Projects is seeking a full-time Affordable Housing Manager. The Affordable Housing Manager is tasked with developing and expanding affordable workforce housing opportunities in our service area, by managing the Self Help Housing Program and Housing Counseling Center. Necessary skills and experience include public speaking, written communications, strong leadership, fundraising, grant writing and project management. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree with three years' experience in banking, managing staff, mortgage lending, construction or housing development. Computer literacy is a must. Should possess the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. This position receives annual/sick leave, 13 paid holidays and retirement.
