Transit Administrative Assistant (full time)
Mountain Projects is seeking applications for a full-time Transit Administrative Assistant.
Primary function of this position is:
Responsible for receiving and scheduling service requests.
Maintain radio communications to drivers.
Manager driver’s hours and approve overtime.
Receive comments/complaints and report to Director.
Work with all administrative staff to ensure the system software is correct and up to date.
Obtain approval from the Director schedules, driver work hours, and time off requests.
Responsible for weekly billing and always up to date.
This person will report directly to the Transit Director.
Minimum qualification:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Data entry skills.
Customer service skills.
Must be able to work flexible hours, Monday through Friday. Also, must be available to work in emergency situations when needed.
