Mountain Project’s is accepting applications for a full time Eligibility/Outreach Specialist – full time.
This person will interview and process clients’ applications and verify income for them to receive assistance from a variety of resources both internal and external. Work with clients in emergency situations to quickly resolve issues. Enjoy working with people, be proficient in data entry, be able to multi-task, and be organized. Work effectively with families with diverse social, economic, and educational backgrounds. Work with other human service providers when referring client for services.
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. Knowledge of community resources. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
