Humanité in Bryson City is hiring part-time sales floor associates to join our mercantile team. The open positions are for weekends, Friday–Sunday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., with multiple shifts available. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for customers, assisting customers with products, managing checkout, merchandising, and handling daily operations to keep the store running efficiently. We're looking for someone warm, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about connecting with people. Must be able to stand for multiple hours a day. Customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required. Competitive pay with bonus potential.
